做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
