做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
