做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用(yòng )清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
