做法:洗净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅(guō )上擦一遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸(fèi )瓦煲里的清水,放入煎(jiān )煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其他(tā )材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小(xiǎo )时(shí ),下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
