做法:春(chūn )笋(sǔn )切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后(hòu )用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
