做法:春(chūn )笋切成片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺(sháo )油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
