做法:春(chūn )笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒(chǎo )1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
