做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开(kāi )后(hòu )转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时(shí )候(hòu )加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍(shāo )收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
