做法(fǎ ):春笋(sǔn )切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老(lǎo )抽(chōu )、蚝(háo )油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
