做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山和薏(yì )米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎(jiān )至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清(qīng )水(shuǐ ),放入(rù )煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐调味即可品(pǐn )尝(cháng )。 -
