做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春(chūn )笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大(dà )火煮开(kāi )后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水快(kuài )熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
