做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞(lāo )出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均匀,加入(rù )少量清(qīng )水半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后(hòu )转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
