做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片,葱切成段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
