做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸(jìn )泡,生姜切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左(zuǒ )右。再加入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
