做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切(qiē )片(piàn ),葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右(yòu )。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
