做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮(zhǔ )开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候(hòu )加(jiā )入盐,翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
