做(zuò )法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的(de )鲫鱼和其他材料,武火煮沸,转(zhuǎn )中小(xiǎo )火煲一个(gè )半(bàn )小时(shí ),下盐(yán )调(diào )味即可品尝。 -
