做法:洗净宰(zǎi )好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成(chéng )热下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮(zhǔ )好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材(cái )料(liào ),武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一(yī )个半小时,下(xià )盐调味即可品尝。 -
