做法:春笋切成片后加少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮(zhǔ )开后(hòu )转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
