做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段。锅(guō )烧热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住(zhù )春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加(jiā )入盐(yán ),翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
