做法(fǎ ):洗(xǐ )净宰好(hǎo )鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把(bǎ )陈(chén )皮泡软,拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜(jiāng ),热锅(guō ),用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油,待油六成热下(xià )鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲里的清水(shuǐ ),放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小时,下盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
