做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生(shēng )抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的(de )时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
