做(zuò )法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许(xǔ )盐捞出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火(huǒ )。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
