做(zuò )法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中(zhōng )火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的时候(hòu )加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
