做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞出后用(yòng )清水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟(zhōng )左右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均(jun1 )匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅盖大火(huǒ )煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入(rù )盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
