做(zuò )法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切(qiē )成(chéng )段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬(áo )干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻炒均匀(yún )稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖焖。 -
