做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽(chōu )、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入(rù )少(shǎo )量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加(jiā )入(rù )盐,翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
