做法:春笋切成片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉(ròu )片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水半掩(yǎn )住春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时(shí )候加入盐,翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀(yún )稍(shāo )收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
