做法:春笋切成片后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒(dǎo )入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片、葱段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒(chǎo )均(jun1 )匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )焖。 -
