做法:春笋(sǔn )切成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺(sháo )油,放入生姜、春(chūn )笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒(chǎo )均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖(gài )大火(huǒ )煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时(shí )盖上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
