做法:春笋切成(chéng )片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬(áo )干(gàn )的时(shí )候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上(shàng )锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
