做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加(jiā )少许盐(yán )捞出(chū )后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入(rù )2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜(jiāng )、春(chūn )笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入少量清水半(bàn )掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
