做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼(yú ),洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清(qīng )水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小(xiǎo )块姜,热(rè )锅,用姜块在(zài )锅(guō )上擦一(yī )遍,放两勺(sháo )油,待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮(zhǔ )沸瓦煲里(lǐ )的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫(jì )鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个(gè )半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
