做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和(hé )薏(yì )米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍(pāi )裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在锅上擦一遍(biàn ),放两勺油(yóu ),待油六成热下鱼,煎至微黄(huáng )。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎(jiān )煮好的鲫鱼(yú )和(hé )其(qí )他材料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲(bāo )一个半小时(shí ),下(xià )盐调味(wèi )即可品尝。 -
