做法(fǎ ):春(chūn )笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞(lāo )出后用(yòng )清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱(cōng )切成(chéng )段。锅烧热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油,放(fàng )入生姜、春笋、牛肉片(piàn )、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻炒1分钟左右。再加入生(shēng )抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半(bàn )掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
