做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡(pào ),生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺(sháo )油(yóu ),放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加入生抽(chōu )、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火(huǒ )。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候(hòu )加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
