做法:春笋(sǔn )切(qiē )成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成(chéng )段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生(shēng )抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油翻炒均匀(yún ),加(jiā )入(rù )少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住(zhù )春笋,盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐(yán ),翻(fān )炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
