做法:春笋切成(chéng )片后加(jiā )少许盐捞(lāo )出(chū )后用清水浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右(yòu )。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋(sǔn ),盖上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水快熬(áo )干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
