做法(fǎ ):洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗(xǐ )净淮(huái )山和薏米。用(yòng )清水把陈皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用(yòng )姜块在锅上擦一遍,放(fàng )两勺油,待(dài )油六成(chéng )热(rè )下鱼(yú ),煎至微黄。煮沸瓦煲(bāo )里的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火煮沸,转中(zhōng )小火煲一个半(bàn )小时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
