做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐(yán )捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧(shāo )热,倒入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋(sǔn )、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入(rù )少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖上锅盖焖。 -
