做法:洗净宰好鲫鱼,洗净淮山和薏米。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜(jiāng )块在锅上(shàng )擦一遍(biàn ),放(fàng )两(liǎng )勺油,待油六成(chéng )热下(xià )鱼,煎至微(wēi )黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材料,武(wǔ )火(huǒ )煮沸,转中小(xiǎo )火(huǒ )煲一个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
