做法:春笋切成片(piàn )后加少许盐捞出后用清(qīng )水浸(jìn )泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再(zài )加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻(fān )炒均(jun1 )匀(yún ),加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮到水(shuǐ )快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍(shāo )收汁时盖上锅(guō )盖(gài )焖(mèn )。 -
