做法:洗净宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和(hé )薏米(mǐ )。用清水把陈皮泡软,拍裂(liè )一小块姜(jiāng ),热锅,用姜(jiāng )块(kuài )在锅上擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六成热下鱼(yú ),煎(jiān )至(zhì )微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里的清水,放入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他(tā )材料,武火煮(zhǔ )沸,转中小火煲一(yī )个半小(xiǎo )时,下盐调味即可品尝。 -
