做法(fǎ ):春笋切成(chéng )片后(hòu )加少许盐捞出(chū )后(hòu )用清水浸泡,生姜(jiāng )切片,葱(cōng )切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入(rù )生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分(fèn )钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水(shuǐ )半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖大火煮开后转中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快(kuài )熬干的时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收(shōu )汁时盖(gài )上锅盖焖。 -
