做法:洗净(jìng )宰好鲫(jì )鱼,洗净淮山(shān )和薏米。用清水(shuǐ )把陈(chén )皮泡软(ruǎn ),拍裂一小块姜,热锅,用姜块在(zài )锅上(shàng )擦一遍,放两勺油,待油六(liù )成热(rè )下鱼,煎至微黄。煮沸瓦(wǎ )煲里(lǐ )的清水,放(fàng )入煎煮好的鲫鱼和其他材(cái )料,武火煮沸,转中小火煲一个半小时,下盐(yán )调味即可品尝。 -
