做法:春笋切成片后(hòu )加(jiā )少许(xǔ )盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜(jiāng )切(qiē )片,葱(cōng )切(qiē )成段。锅烧(shāo )热(rè ),倒入2勺油,放入生(shēng )姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左右。再加(jiā )入生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝(háo )油翻炒均匀,加入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大火煮开(kāi )后转中(zhōng )火。煮到水(shuǐ )快(kuài )熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖焖。 -
