做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加少许盐捞(lāo )出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片,葱切成(chéng )段(duàn )。锅烧(shāo )热,倒(dǎo )入(rù )2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻炒1分钟左(zuǒ )右。再加入(rù )生抽、老(lǎo )抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量清(qīng )水半掩住春笋,盖上锅盖大(dà )火煮开后转中火。煮到水快熬干的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时(shí )盖(gài )上锅盖焖(mèn )。 -
