做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡(pào ),生姜(jiāng )切片,葱切成段(duàn )。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛(niú )肉片、葱段翻(fān )炒1分(fèn )钟左右。再加入(rù )生抽、老抽、蚝油翻炒均匀,加入少量(liàng )清水(shuǐ )半掩(yǎn )住春笋(sǔn ),盖上(shàng )锅盖(gài )大火煮开后转(zhuǎn )中火。煮(zhǔ )到水快熬干(gàn )的(de )时候加(jiā )入盐,翻炒均匀稍收汁时盖上锅盖焖。 -
