做法(fǎ ):春笋切成片后加少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水(shuǐ )浸泡,生姜切片,葱切成段。锅烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜(jiāng )、春笋、牛肉片、葱段翻炒(chǎo )1分钟左右(yòu )。再加(jiā )入生抽、老抽、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀(yún ),加入少量(liàng )清(qīng )水半掩住春(chūn )笋,盖上(shàng )锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干(gàn )的时候加入盐,翻炒均(jun1 )匀稍收汁时盖(gài )上锅(guō )盖焖。 -
