做法:春笋切(qiē )成片后加(jiā )少(shǎo )许盐捞出后用清水浸泡,生(shēng )姜切片(piàn ),葱切(qiē )成段。锅(guō )烧热,倒入2勺油,放入生姜、春笋、牛肉片、葱(cōng )段(duàn )翻(fān )炒1分钟(zhōng )左右。再加入生抽、老抽(chōu )、蚝油(yóu )翻炒均匀,加(jiā )入少量清水半掩住春笋,盖(gài )上锅盖大火煮开后转中火。煮到(dào )水快熬干的时候加入盐,翻炒(chǎo )均匀稍收(shōu )汁(zhī )时盖上锅盖(gài )焖。 -
